2 corn cob, peeled and stripped
150 g all-purpose flour
2 stalk of spring onion, chopped
2 red chillies, thinly cut
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
2 garlic clove
1 teaspoon coriander
- Blend shallot, garlic and coriander in a food processor.
- Mix the spice paste, corn, flour, spring onion, red chillies, egg, white pepper, and sugar together in a bowl.
- Heat the oil.
- Take one spoon of the dough and fry until golden. Repeat until the dough is finished.
- Serve immediately.
