Prawn with ginger sauce (Udang saus jahe)




25 ml water

2 stick of spring onion

1-2 tablespoon oil

350 g shelled prawn

2 teaspoon salty soy sauce

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

¼ teaspoon salt

5 cm ginger, chopped

¼ teaspoon white pepper


Cooking instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, fry until the aroma comes out
  3. Add the prawns, wait until they change color
  4. Season with salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, stir until all the prawns are covered with the sauce.
  5. Add sesame oil and spring onion, stir.
  6. Serve immediately.
